It's not a clear container but an opaque container. I'm disappointed. It's a different product from the picture.

Best storage containers, will last for years. I have some that are over 30 years old, I kid you not! They go in the dishwasher, the freezer- great for storing homemade soups, sauces, or broths in the freezer!
