I am very happy with my new steamer! I started working part-time at my favorite boutique where they have a commercial steamer, and I was never happy with my handheld steamer at home, so I upgraded! I find this steamer at an awesome price point for close to commercial results! I do spend a little more time on each garment than at work to get the same results, but that's to be expected for this great for home machine.

Steamer is great. Worked well on bigger items, didn't leak water, easy to use and great price point.

This clothes steamer “earned“ a single star due to the poor customer service and the inadequate fitting of the replacement water tank. I accidentally dropped the water tank when refilling it. This replacement leaked water. I contacted the company, but they needed to know exactly where the leak was occurring. I could not find the source but knew there was a problem when water emptied out on the floor. Communication was hampered by the inability to have a verbal conversation. My wife and Iused a stop gap measure of putting a baking sheet underneath the steamer. Unfortunately, the leak became more pervasive. The customer service and the poor quality we received were atrocious.

So far, so good..... Hope it lasts through the wedding prep.

Works great! Easy to use and clothes look great after steaming.

Only had it a week but so far I am impressed. I have used wardrobe steamers everyday for more than 10 years and this one seems to be built well. I am changing my water to using distilled water to cut down on having to descale and hoping that helps. Steams well and does great

So far so good I've only use it one time it seems to be what I need
