BIG value contrasted to yogurt
I had been eating yogurt often for decades thinking I was building up my gut bacteria. And I was in a small way. Then I came to a video by Dr. Berg on Youtube titled The Best Probiotic Food Is Definitely NOT Yogurt And that pointed me to the much higher value of Sauerkraut brine. Then shopping on Amazon brought me to this product.I keep it on my kitchen counter so I see it often, From time to time I just take a big sip. It tastes like salty water with an odd flavor. It is not appealing to eat like candy. But that little drink is doing my body much good. I sometimes follow that with a drink of fruit juice.

Love that sour flavor
If you love that taste of sour you will love this product. It's great to find a healthy product that isn't sweetened with extra sugars/carbs

I LOVE THE TASTE AND HEALTH BENEFITS
If I had read the reviews first, I would have never brought this. I am sure glad I brought this. It is so delicious! It reminds me of sauerkraut from my Grandmother back in the 1950's! I hope they make this product forever!

Very delicious.
I would like to get larger quantities but it is a little expensive after you add in the shipping costs.
