I was looking for a stem that would move the bars backwards and up. This fit what I was looking for and works perfect. By getting a shorter stem length it makes turning in the woods easier all while making it so I don't have to reach for the bars as much going down hill or on a easy ride with my wife. Yes it's heavier than the stock stem. But on E- MTN- bike who cares about a extra 50g of weight. At 62 yrs young I am more into comfort than saving a few grams of weight.

I’ve bought two of these, one for each of my ozark trails. Daughter and wife’s bikes. Very solid and well made. Good quality screws and they bring the bars closer to the rider, which is good for them bc they’re both short.

Exactly what I needed - short and with some rise. Holds bars tightly without slipping. Weighs a ridiculous amount (~ 225 g). If this were around 125 g it would be 5 stars.

I’m using this on a Smartravel Rocket St201 e-bike. Being on the shorter end of their recommended range, this brings the bar in enough to get me off of my wrists. It’s also compact, keeping the bar over the yoke for a cleaner look.

It's definitely heavier than your stock stem but if you're looking to reduce the reach between you and the bars while keeping a nice rise? Perfect for that. I would not feel paranoid taking this stem down some bumpy terrain or jumps and for the price point it's hard to beat.

The bolt as shown on picture are silver and the entre stem is quite heavy Aside from that it is an ok stem

I got a Trek Marlin 5 to replace my old Walmart commuter, but the handlebar was too low and too far for my liking and my hands were getting numb after minutes of riding. The only issue I found is that the steering tube side was shorter than the original, so I had to get more spacers to tighten the fork (2mm was enough)
