Don’t listen to some of the guys in the comments and this pan DOES NOT NEED SEASONING BEFORE USE because it’s enamel cast iron, it’s like already coated! Seasoning with oil will only create a layer of grease which is extremely difficult to remove and DAMAGE THE ENAMEL! I already made the mistake by listening to the comments and not confirming with Google. You guys don’t have to.

Elegí esta sarten por ser recomendada para cocinar sin toxinas. Es complicada de utilizar, ya que se pega (hacer algo con huevo, es imposible) pero carne o verdura con aceite se hace bien. A la hora de limpiarla han salido opacidades, que me hacen dudar del esmaltado

En résumé... Très lourde, très belle, sûrement très durable . A voir dans 50 ans.... Conseil primordial pour ne pas lui faire une critique non méritée, bien suivre le conseil de culottage de la poêle pour la rendre moins adhérente (aux oeufs par exemple).....
