Best one for the price - love it!
I bought one of these to replace one I'd gotten a while ago, for our tiny little container pond. It works very fast, doesn't need a long recharge time, and does exactly what it says. I paid more for the first one and it didn't work as well as this one. The only real issue with it is the tiny little intake holes get clogged easily and then some of the jets stop working. I dont' wait till it happens, I just clean it every few days. I love the sound of the trickling water it makes and I like to think my little fish like it too!

Solar Bird Bath Fountain Pump with 6 Nozzles for Lotus tank
I recently purchased the Solar Bird Bath Fountain Pump with 6 nozzles to enhance the water circulation in my lotus tank, and I am quite pleased with it so far. This fountain pump has proven to be an excellent addition, both in terms of functionality and aesthetics. First and foremost, the solar-powered feature is a significant advantage. It eliminates the need for electrical wiring and external power sources, making installation hassle-free and environmentally friendly. The pump operates efficiently during sunny conditions, providing a steady flow of water that keeps the lotus tank fresh and lively. The inclusion of six different nozzles is a standout feature. Each nozzle offers a unique water pattern, allowing for customization based on personal preference or specific needs. Whether you prefer a gentle trickle or a more robust spray, the variety of options ensures versatility and adds a decorative touch to the setup. Visually, the fountain pump is quite appealing. The design is sleek and modern, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings of the lotus tank. The flowing water creates a soothing ambiance, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the garden space. One concern I had initially was about the long-term durability of the pump. However, considering the quality of materials and the ease of maintenance, I am optimistic that it will remain in good working condition for an extended period. Regular cleaning and proper care will likely help in preserving its functionality and appearance. In summary, the Solar Bird Bath Fountain Pump with 6 nozzles has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and design. It provides efficient water circulation, is easy to install, and adds a beautiful visual element to the lotus tank. I hope it continues to perform well and maintains its like-new condition for a long time. If you're looking for a reliable and attractive solution for your water feature, this fountain pump is definitely worth considering.

Great little pump! UPDATE
A great little pump for the price. The only issue I had was it didn't stay put in the birdbath. I see there are two types of pumps that are sold; one that floats around and then this one I that I bought that sits stationary in the bottom of the bath. The ones that float around can work their way to the side of the bath and spray water out of the bath, eventually emptying it. That's what I like about this one; it is designed to stay put. The problem is there are 3 very small suction cups on the bottom that don't suction very well to the bottom of the bath (probably because it's concrete and not totally smooth), so it came loose after a few minutes and started floating around. i ended up taking a couple of 4" x 4" ceramic tiles from a left-over shower tile project, gluing them together and then zip tied them together and put them into the bottom of the bath. The suction cups grabbed onto the tiles nicely. The tiles are smaller than the solar panel, so you can't even see them, plus they keep the pump intake off of the bottom of the bath, so debris is less likely to work its way into the pump intake. One other cool thing; as the sun gets stronger, the pump shoots higher. Mid-morning here and the pump sprays about a foot into the air. I did notice that after about an hour or two the spray got blown by the wind and found its way out of the bath (regardless of what spray nozzle I used-there are 6 options) so the water level got low enough that the pump quit pumping. I ended up taking the nozzles off and let the pump just pump without a nozzle/spray attachment on, which shoots a stream of water about 6 inches straight up like a drinking water fountain. It works fine and doesn't leave the bath, but doesn't look as nice as the spray, but still looks ok. It would work better in a bigger bird bath. Mine is an average size- 17" in diameter. A bigger size, probably 21" or more would allow you to use any of the nozzles. UPDATE- After a couple of weeks the pump stopped pumping to full capacity. It now only spurts out water. I cleaned it but it seems to have lost its oomph. Probably wouldn't buy it again.

Basic but as described
I purchased this to place in a small birdbath we have in hopes the hummingbirds that come to our feeders would use it. It does require full direct sunlight to operate. Even a little shade or indirect light will greatly reduce it's performance to the point where you just get "pulses" of water or it stops working altogether. But when solar conditions are ideal this can really pump some water for it's size. We weren't able to use any of the nozzles that came with it because it would spray the water out of the birdbath. This wasn't an issue if we just didn't use the nozzles. Unfortunately it didn't attract any hummingbirds. But we purchased it late in season and spent much of that time trying to find the best location to place it. So it was being frequently moved and "played with" most of that time.

You get what you pay for
Edit: 6/30 Fountain barely functions now. Received a refund from the seller so that was a plus. But there don’t seem to last more than 30 days. Original: Bought this on a whim. For $10, you can’t really expect too much. The nozzles work, but most of them shoot water out of a 13” bird bath. So I just opted to not use a nozzle. The fountain tends to float on the surface and move around, so I placed a ceramic pot to keep it sort of in place. As for the solar power. It works when it’s sunny. But it does NOT have a reservoir for charging. So it will not work if the panels do not get direct light. I attached a video to demonstrate. All in all it does what I’d like but TBD how long it works for.

Works great! As expected.
This is my third solar fountain for my bird bath. Mine tend to last about 2 years, which is about 12 months of weather warm enough for a bird bath in Vermont. I, like others, don't use any of the little nozzles because I need a lower spray otherwise the water evaporates too quickly and also ends up being sprayed outside of the birdbath. Without any of the nozzles, the height of the spray is about 4-5", which is perfect for the size of my typical birdbath. The birds aren't affected by it. Sometimes they ride on the fountain and bathe in the spray. This model did not have suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place. If it did have suction cups I was excited to try what another person told about in his review and that was putting a 4-in tile on the bottom of the bird bath to stick the fountain suction cups on because his bird bath was cement and they wouldn't stick. Oh well, next time I purchase one I'll look for that feature. I can't imagine having a bird bath without one of these solar fountains. It keeps the water aerated, looks nice, it works when the sun is on it, and rests when it is shaded.

Only Works in Direct Sunlight – Keep That in Mind
I purchased this hoping to add a little charm and movement to my bird bath. While the fountain is easy to set up and comes with a variety of nozzle options, it only functions in direct sunlight. As soon as a cloud passes or there’s the slightest bit of shade, it stops working completely—there’s no battery backup or energy storage. This means it’s not very reliable if you want a consistent fountain effect throughout the day unless your bird bath is in full sun at all times. It does look nice when it’s running, and the birds seem to enjoy it, but just be aware that it’s really dependent on strong, direct sunlight to operate. If your space doesn’t get full sun most of the day, this may not be the best option. Otherwise, it’s a fun, affordable addition for sunny spots.
