Perfect
Great value for money you get much more and better quality than what you would get in the supermarket we use this on different things but it flavors rice beautifully

Great cheat seasoning for easy pilau
There are no directions on the packaging for how to use this, so I’ve just been adding a teaspoon of seasoning for each cup of rice in the cooker, which seems to work well.Very tasty, and zero effort.

Fabulous!
Gorgeous flavours and so easy to use, I just add a couple of tablespoons to sautéed onions, basmati and raisins in my rice cooker, result is perfect. Such great value too compared to the tiny jar of a well known brand I used to buy!

Excellent
This makes very tasty pilau rice and is a firm favourite in our house.I've only ever used it in a rice cooker, so can't comment on how it performs in a pan, but I find that a heaped teaspoon per cup of rice (rice cooker cup, not a cup measurement) is perfect and makes a really flavourful dish. I also generally cook it with a handful of frozen chopped onion and 2 blocks of frozen spinach to add a bit of veg. It also flavours lentils well too.

Spice for rice
I've used this and store it the rest of my Curry Spices. I finely chop an onion and add this spice reduce heat after 10 seconds and add the pressure cooked rice, mix well and ready to use. However if you look at all the ingredients you can can easily make your own mix, might just have to experiment with quantities of spices, but adjust to your own likings. For me I always add fresh chopped Coriander as a final touch. Depending on what I'm making with the rice.. Enjoy everyone.

How much to use?
Nice blend - it doesn’t have any suggestions as to how much to use but I’ve found that about 1 level teaspoon per portion of rice is about right.

Tastes stunning.
I thought i'd give this a go. I've always made my own pilau rice completely unaware that this mix existed.I gently fried a couple of teaspoons in a little oil, then added a cup of basmati and mixed it all together. I cooked it in a rice cooker and the end result was stunning.I'll be using this mix every time now without fail.Absolutely delicious.
