Work great at keeping those murder mittens from destroying my beloved couch. The included screws work just fine if you know how to use them.

I have three cats, all of them complete a-holes who don't want me to have nice things like normal people do. Within 34 seconds of getting new furniture, these monsters set upon them like vultures on roadkill, and in short time my beloved new chair was already looking haggard. Now mind you there are 439 cat scratchers around this house, and nails are kept short, but my hellspawn cats don't care. Well I don't think declawing is humane, and I would probably get scratched if I tried to strangle them to death, so I decided to get these things. YEAH take that you little sheeeeets! They are all now "Like, WTF is this, man?!" And I cackle with evil glee as they bounce off these corner force shields. I have won! Victory is mine. All I have left to deal with is the dog eating my shoes. On a serious note, some have said the fabric screws are junk, and all I can say is these people must be morons. If the screw won't go in, be a higher primate and look at the dang thing, sometimes the wire gets compressed in shipping so just use your brain, man, pull on it a little and open it up a bit, then they go in just fine. I assume that those baffled by this must be crazy cat ladies and only have a fragile grasp on basic living, so this just was too much engineering for them. God help us all. Anyway, buy these, put them on, set up a video camera, enjoy hilarity and nice things.

For the price, I’d have expected these to be a bit thicker and sturdier, but I took a lot of care to install and they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to. Prior reviewers complained about the need to attach them with the pins, but I did not experience any issues because they corkscrew into the furniture (I had to reposition them a couple of times to get them just right, and there was no evidence of any holes, snags or damage). They are not sticky (nor did I want them to be). I would have preferred them to be a little more rigid. One of the pins was defective, but fortunately I did not need it, as they don’t include even one spare (they should). You really do have to have square furniture for this to be effective and not look like an eyesore. I’m pleased with the way it looks, and it seems to be deterring my cat from clawing, but I think for $20, a quantity of 6 or 8 would have been a better value.

Though I wish it can stick to plastic surfaces better. Thick plastic durable for cat scratches.

The things they give you to hold the covers are cheap, they bend and do not stay in the furniture. Also each cover requires 4 screws, I got 4 covers and 3 screws.....hmmmmm explain that math to me please

They did work, but The screws didn't, we have to buy those apolstery nails so they would stay on the corners. Also they don't bend around the corners to well so they stick out a little, So with a few modifacations they did work

These saved my sofa corners. I attached them with strong double sided sticker sheets and they are working great!

When declawing seems cruel the nest option to save my furniture was using the Paw Tape which works but you have to keep replacing it. I found the clear plastic furniture protectors, with a set of four and the sharp tacks to fasten them on, I picked the most common areas my cat claws. These protectors are a great furniture saver. The are made to fit over standard sofa or chair corners. They attach very easy and can be removed also. With my cat Missy, she now places her paws/claws on the corners and when is unable to scratch she will move on to one of several scratching areas we have for her.

Ordered this item and one twist pin came broken. Was generously assisted in a very timely manner. Excellent product. Not sure about leather but this works perfectly on our fabric couch. No scratches from the cats yet. Way better option than an ugly sofa cover. I am very pleased with the product and customer service!!

Seem to be working great so far. Used double sided tape to attach to the corner as my cat showed interest in the screws. Super quick shipping and I love how they are a harder plastic as they are definitely more durable than the flexible plastic protectors.

I think the concept is great. The only down side is the screw pins keep coming off. Constantly! If you can get them to stay on, then these are excellent for a deterrent for the scratchers in your family.

I think this is very good idea but too hard. Our couch armrest is bending. This is too short and 2pack not enough for one couch or loveseat...

Ordered three sets now. The cats are no longer damaging the furniture. While the attachment screws could be better, they do seem to work. Overall, happy with them.
