FVTLED Pack of 5, 1m 3.28ft 2Pin Extension Cable Wire with Male and Female Connectors at Both Ends for Single Color LED Deck Light

I used this to repair a broken wire pair on my pool salt chlorinator's flow sensor. I wanted to use a connector instead of splicing the broken wires so that I can easily connect and disconnect the flow sensor in the future. This connector seems to work well for this application. I simply spliced this connector into the wire at the existing break and screwed the two connector halves together to make the connection. The flow switch is located outside in the weather so the water proof connection was important. The build quality looks good to me and the connector seal looks to be water tight. If I have any water intrusion problems I will update my review.

I ordered several of these for the back deck where the distance between my small LED lights was more than three feet. They work great with only one exception. The "screw-on" sleeve is too big for the hole that you drill for the light. But you CANNOT make the hole bigger or the light will drop out. After forcing several of the screw on sleeves through the hole by squishing them with pliers rendering them unusable, I finally just cut a slit down the side, removing them. Then from the underside of the deck, I plugged the cords together, and then just surrounded that union with the slit sleeve, and wrapped the union with about a five-inch length of electrical tape.

Check your ends before ordering make sure they fit your lights

While you can cut cable and build your own, the quality of these lights are great. I was able to thread the 1m, 2, and 3m cables through my deck roof before we enclosed it. The ends attach securely together so I don't have to worry about water leaks or tape corroding over time. If you are burying your lights in roofs or ceiling, these appear to be one of the better brands available. Worth the cost for a long term use of great lights.

The nuts are too large (note the gap in the photo) and do not screw into the lights. The other end fits my lights nut fine. I had to use liquid tape to hold it together and make it weather proof.

Great value for the money !These made ut extremely easy to help me extend my RGB led rock lights to the controller mounted inside the cab. The lock ring was not able to screw onto my existing rock lights as I did not pay attention to thread pitch before ordering, but nothing some heat shrink or electrical tape can't take care of.Will definitely be purchasing again for more rock light installations.Great quality cables.
