Great for my joint
Had mild pain at the back of my knee for 2 years until it worsened 4 years ago before I got an MRI and was told a slight tear on my cartilage. Advised by an Asian physician to try sea moss. To my surprise, 2 weeks after I had the sea moss water, my pain was gone. Since then, I have been faithfully consuming this sea moss to help with my joints. I did notice the white stuff on the sea moss and thought it was mold as others said. I suspect this is sea salt. I usually repeat soaking the sea moss in fresh water for about an hour a few times to remove all salt content. I used to boil it in water and drink it. Now, I cut it up and mix it with my morning oatmeal.

Completed trio with green moss.
Completed trying all different sea moss. Green is my least favorite. It took longer to gel and the color is off putting. Nice energy boost though.

My knee pain is totally gone!
I had pain in the back of my left knee for three years. At first, I thought I pulled my muscle from walking on the treadmill but the pain persisted with no swelling. Until last October, I had to see the doctor as the pain got worse and it bothered me while I was walking. I had physical therapy for two months and didn't help. X-ray showed no broken bones. MRI finally revealed a torn cartilage. My overseas relative told me about sea moss and I found this one. This is how I prepare it: I soak 0.5oz of it in cold water overnight (probably doesn't need that long) and boil it with about 2 liters of water (last me a week) with some dried hawthorn berries and goji berries to get some little sweetness. I usually drink a cup a day. I drank it for 12 days and only found my three-year pain miraculously gone after this. My relative told me the sea moss has collagen that is also beneficial to our skin. I just bought four 1lb bags and continue drinking this. If you have a minor joint issue, I definitely recommend you try this sea moss and see if it helps. If it doesn't help, at least it doesn't hurt. Good luck!

Sea moss Gel
I made the best tasting sea moss gel from this brand just by soaking the sea moss over night and adding honey, lemon, spinach and frozen fruit. I made a second batch with just lemon and honey. So tasty.
