This works great and is so easy. It has several modes and the rechargeable on-off and stimulation level, keeps a charge for well of 2 hours. It’s small enough to use at work or in the car or wherever but works great.

Pros- -rechargeable -small -easy to put in place with one hand Cons- -changing settings resets intensity so you have to ramp it back up again -remote is not always responsive, you have to keep jamming the up button to ramp it up.

I’ve bought a few recently and depending on the unit I’ve had burn shocks, no power to the pads, pads turn black, rash from sticky material, much frustration. There are so many wireless on the market now and I have found some really good ones.

I found that you can cut them between the pad areas and the still work perfectly.

When I purchased this product, I was hopeful that it would be easier to use than my current T.E.N.S. unit which is difficult to place at the back of my neck without assistance. This product would NOT ADHERE to my skin. Unfortunately, I did not try it out before the return window had expired... (Traveling, Family Obligations, etc.) Once I did try it, it was useless. So I am stuck with a joke of a product. Don't make the same mistake.
