Appalling customer service
The buckle is not working and Fossil are saying the the buckle is not covered by the warranty. Such as poor customer service.

Unable to adjust strap
We were not sent any tools to adjust the strap which is too large. The booklet seems to be referring to a different type of strap. I rang customer services and they said I have to ring Fossil. No help offered by Armani! I have returned the watch.
