Product came packaged very well and was in perfect condition upon arrival. Just do what they suggest for care of the product. I had them for about a year and still as good as new. I use silicon tools, low heat works well, wash when pans are cooled no abrasive pads I just use a sponge cleans easily. Hand wash, easy and fast. Use some inexpensive pads so the pans when stacked don't get scratched on the cooking surface, stack easily. Take care of them and you will be pleased.

Truly non stick surface when used with butter or oil. Cleans up easily.

First, the packing! This was so packaged perfectly, nothing could have damaged the pans short of a building falling on the box!! Can we say sturdy boxes inside boxes??? And there was circular sturdy cardboard spacers, like imagine a toilet roll made for a giant, lol. I was like, “Mmmm, maybe I should keep these to keep the pots from touching?? Next the pans were heavy, with sturdy comfortable silicon type handles, and from the smallest frying pan for a one egg breakfast to the largest fit for a feast, with beautiful heavy glass lids, also with a comfortable silicon handle on top, I was like, WOW, I made out big time!!! But then I cooked breakfast. I seriously figured this would be my last time trying ceramic cause food always sticks or burns, no matter what. Folks, I used barely a Teaspoon of olive oil, placed the pot on stove to preheat as instructed and then added ingredients for the fluffiest healthiest omelet like ever!!! And the omelet just slid around the pan!!! Then I reheated a soup I’d made the day before and the soup was boiling on bare medium so quick, and I turned it to low and it simmered nicely. These pots and pans live up to everything they were advertised to do. Even heating, great control, no sticking, NO screw covers inside the pots, nothing to catch food to burn, and the food tasted totally like it should, no after taste or smells. Husband’s on chemo and we’re eating healthier and cooking healthier, and he is highly sensitive to tastes and smells right now, so he gives this his stamp of approval as well. Long winded, sorry, but when I LOVE something I’m compelled to give a review. I hope you’re as happy with yours as I am. So, I haven't started using all of these as I cook for one, but what I have used, I love. I bought the 2.5 qt sautepan a few months ago and loved it so much that when the 12 piece set went on sale, I grabbed it. The set pieces were wrapped but weren't in it's original box inside the shipping box, (not sure what that was). Everything looked new and intact. These cook evenly and with a lower heat than I have previously used, but that keeps things from burning and allows them to cook evenly through. I haven't tried to fry crisp fried sliced potatoes and the like because I avoid that much oil. I try to eat healthy and these are perfect for that. Great for veggie and chicken stir fries and the like. Also great for frozen family-sized dinners packages with pasta. I love the 7" egg pan for all kinds of eggs, chicken breasts or burgers for one. I am sure I could do anything easily. I love how solid they are. I love how well the lids fit (solid too) and and you can see through to check the food. I love how all handles are covered with an almost rubbery material that makes them easy to grip and heat free. I love that as soon as I plate the food, I can turn to the sink, empty any leftover food I don't want to save, rinse with hot water, add a drop of soap, and use my sponge wand to simply wipe away any oil or minor pieces of food, then rinse, and turn them over to drip dry while I eat. All cleaned up. My only heads up to readers is that I haven't had these along time and thus do not know how they will hold up. The metal is thick and the ceramic (?) melded coating seems thick and solid as well. I suppose if I burn stuff too often, fail to get the oil or left over food cleared while washing, or am not careful with the handles, they could wear out sooner rather than later. I hate warped pans or sticky surfaces, but these don't seem apt to do that if I follow normal care and correct heat and attention while cooking. I haven't used the dishwasher because they are so easy to rinse out. I can't believe how solid they are for the sales prices I paid... and I intentionally bought when they were on sale. I have my eye on adding a few more pieces. I just wished more of them could be ordered alone. I keep thinking about buying my daughter-in-law the purple ones for her birthday. I don't see that varying colors go on sale though. We'll see. That is still aways off. I'll take the time to check wear and tear first. :) (She won't read this, right? :P )

I absolutely love theses pan! Worth every penny! I did a lot of research on different pans for chemical free and other benifits! Since having them I have not used any pam or oil to cook! The lids work great! Love that it came with a strainer! Very easy to use and clean! As some say you for sure need to cook on medium/high! Warms up fairly quickly! The only issue I have is that the coating is chipping a little at the top of the pan, the

Two months later review: I guess you can’t expect greatness for less than $200. Everything in this set was beautiful out of the box. Price point? Wonderful. Full range of sizes? Check. I loved the look and feel of the set. My husband loved that they are PFAS free (since most sets at this price are not.) The were nice non stick pans, until they weren’t. Our 11” frying pan ended up burned after a round of beef tacos went sideways. Pan was at medium heat (per the product instructions of keeping them low/medium heat) and as soon as the meat hit the pan it was toast. It was not his first time using this exact pan for this specific meal, but it seemed like the pan had enough. They were cleaned as intended, never placed in a dish washer, never scrubbed with an abrasive pad, always cleaned up quickly after using.. but the tacos won this round. Very upsetting since the rest of them are still perfectly fine. Might be a defect in the 11” frying pan, might just be a matter of time until the rest of the set follows. Very disappointing.
