Is it finished on inside? I don't want raw copper on inside leaching into water.

I am unsure what you mean by raw copper, but, the inside is not polished. The idea is to get the anti-inflammatory properties of copper into the water. I have been using this pitcher daily for months and am impressed it has not started to patina (change colors). Looks good on the counter, hopefully i am getting all the benefits of the copper in the water.
