But with a calorie count suitable for a light meal (560 calories per box), lower sodium than usual for such products (22% DV per box), and reasonable flavor, it's an easy, savory meal to make.I recommend fleshing out the flavors with at least some hot sauce (a couple of squirts of sriracha in the liquid before microwaving will do the truck). If you're more industrious or better supplied, add some chopped jalapeno, scallions, cilantro. Maybe also a couple of sprouts and some additional coarsely chopped peanuts. All of that isn't necessary but will add freshness, texture, and depth of flavor.Recommended as a light meal to keep in the pantry for when cooking or takeout are too taxing.

This box has everything in it to make a meal. It tastes great and is easy to make. I like to add leftover chicken to the noodles. Its a little bit spicy but not hot. I cannot find this product in a store near me so I'm glad amazon carries it.

I am a long time fan of Taste of Thai Peanut Noodles. Since that product is so overpriced on amazon, I decided to give the Pad Thai (half the price) a try. I am so disappointed. The sauce is sour, and not in a zesty lime juice way. I tried doctoring it with some peanut-coconut sauce, and even added some shrimp, but ended up throwing it out. It was awful. This does not resemble restaurant Pad Thai at all.

Love these noodles for a decent dorm room treat. The pad Thai sauce is good. The size is adequate and it’s great that they’re gluten free! I just wish they weren’t so expensive.

These have been my favorite go-to gluten free quickies since I was diagnosed with Celiac fifteen years ago! They are just so easy to prepare, easy to spruce up (add some veggies or a fried egg) and so tasty! Highly recommend for an easy, yet delicious, lunch or dinner :)

My wife doesn't like the smell. She calls them stinky noodles. But I like them, so more for me.

It was very pungent (read stinky af), but surprisingly flavorless. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT BUY AGAIN. I really like other flavors, but this was a deviating miss.

I'm having trouble making these not come out rubbery in the microwave. Plus the flavor seems a bit off to me at least.
