Yes @ 4 ohms. But make sure you atleast got a 2nd battery.

Q: How many watts at 1 ohm and is it safe at 1 ohm?

Hi! If the amplifiers minimum impedance is 4 ohms you can not push above 4 ohms! It will go into protection mode and if you insist it will burn the amp! It is suggested to use the 1 ohm version of HD3000 that will deliver 3000WRMS at 1 ohm, but it has to be the 1 ohm version.
