These are awesome when you need a blast of O2, use for Hi alitude or shortness of breath, great for the old folks lie me.

Good quality product. Easy to use. Works for me. I'm dealing with health issues in my old age and there were times when I was wheezing and I could feel the panic building inside, but I would take a few breaths with this oxygen and I began to calm down. It's a good back up to me.

My father insisted this did not work, so I tested it myself. I had previously been up to the top of Pikes Peak mountain, and after 20 minutes felt drunk with oxygen deprivation. I determined to take one of these up to the top again and see how long I could stay and still be clearheaded.Firstly, I was completely unacclimated anymore, because I'd moved to the East Coast. I'm in worse shape, having stopped working a year ago, and preferring the computer. I'm about 350lbs and have an enlarged heart.I took the precaution of getting 15 minutes at a local oxygen bar. It sufficed for getting up the mountain, though I began to feel the occasional burn in my lungs once in the alpine region, where the snow doesn't melt. Once at the top, I walked around and shopped at the gift store. At 20 minutes, I knew I needed to break open the can. I sat in my car taking occasional hits to clear my head for about an hour. It began to get tedious having to breathe from the can so often and I'd proved my point to myself. I grabbed a few hits on the way down. All in all, about 25 breaths.I went up again the next day and was disappointed to find I could only get about 25 more breaths and they were less potent. Since the can is supposed to provide 150 breaths, I knocked it down a star.It's amazing to me how little is written about oxygen cans or how they're dismissed as fakery. Oxygen won't make you magically in shape or help you in physical exertion. Even after 15 minutes of saturation, I was huffing and puffing climbing the hills to find my car. All it does, is provide oxygen. Its useful when you're suffering from altitude sickness after coming to a higher altitude, and its absolutely necessary as emergency first aid for hypoxia in high altitudes. That said, I don't know if that one can would have been enough if I'd been hiking instead of driving.

This is a good product, have used it in the past. There was a shipping delay, and did'nt recieve it on time, but the seller made it right and for that deserves 5 stars

RESEARCHING THIS PRODUCT. ITS ONLY 84% OXYGEN. I EXPERIENCED MILED RESULTS.. MY OPINION 40 YRS IN HEALTHCARE FFIELDTHE ELDERLY, CHEST COLD WOULD INCREASE THE BENIFITS.

Fantastic produce. I love how you can pull the 'trigger' to get a dose just as your need it, rather than wasting the oxygen in the cannister. I was a military pilot, and can tell you that a quick dose of Oxygen is great to make you feel more awake and especially benefits night vision.I've grabbed a couple for kids sport (I'm a soccer coach) for times when the kids come off the field saying they "can't breath" (they can, but are short of breath). Also have some in the house for the mother-in-law who has pulmanary fibrosis.Highly recommendedP.S. - Don't be surprised that the can(s) feel empty. Remember 10 liters of Oxygen weighs very little (although, my daughter and I had a chuckle as the label on the can says 'Oxygen is weightless' :D )

Seems a good idea. I'm old and easily winded. 3 or 4 hits helps catch my breath. NFL players on sidelines during games seem to find benefit. For me it's cost benefit. I bought 3 large bottles. How long each lasts will weigh heavily on my decision to buy more.
