Came with gouges and three places
This product does work ,however, it came like it was used or somehow three different places became gouged. I think I should receive some kind of credit back to me. I did contact the seller but no response.

So well built - Gapco has fantastic service.
We use it for poly strapping and our old one failed (wheel gave out). This one is a massive upgrade and everything we could want it to be.I first ordered what I thought was the proper replacement item, but got an email Saturday asking about our usage as it appeared that I had selected one which was possibly a bit too specialized for general use.Instead of just sending us what we ordered, Terry at Gapco, working on a Saturday, took the time to reach out and ask questions. He helped me identify this one as the proper replacement. Terry said that he would hold the original order and not do anything with it, so I could go in and cancel that order and make a new one for this item, which I promptly did.Today is Thursday and we got the new one. Four days to ship a clumsy item half way across the country is good, but other than the quality of the item, customer service is the reason everybody should want to do business with these people. Just exemplary!

Came packaged like 4 year old did it. Parts missing. No paperwork for basic assembly help. For the money. Buy something else
