One of the best Product in terms of High Pressure Water Washer Motor that comes with an outstanding performance and quality and durability. It is the only one which comes with adjustable pressure knob in this price segment and with such a high pressure bar. Very Good performance. Video attached FYR of washing my terrace which was coated of 4 years of fungus which usually appears after rainy season. The hose pipe quality and length is also very good & sufficient. The foam bottle provided is too small and should have given a big one in the package. Overall a very good product & Highly satisfied from its performance.

I purchased the Starq AWP 2.8 pressure washer a few months ago, and initially, it was working fine. It delivered good pressure, was easy to use, and made quick work of all my cleaning tasks. For a short while, it was the perfect tool. ​However, after only a few months of light use(20 times maybe), the unit completely stopped giving pressure. This is where my frustration truly began. When I looked for a service center, I discovered they are virtually non-existent. The only official service center for the entire country is located in Mumbai. ​Before that, they first asked me to troubleshoot the unit myself by providing a set of instructions. I followed them, but it didn't solve the problem, and we ended up wasting a few months in the process. Now, they are not even considering the warranty. ​To get the unit repaired, I would have to pack it up and ship it all the way to Mumbai at my own expense. To make matters worse, the company makes it clear that any damage incurred during shipping is my responsibility. This essentially means I'm risking even more money for a repair that isn't guaranteed. ​The lack of local service, the unreasonable repair process, and the refusal to honor the warranty make this product impossible to recommend. A good product is useless without reliable support. Avoid this pressure washer unless you're prepared to handle all repairs and shipping risks yourself.

After sale service is very good. My Starq pressure washer got faulty after 3 months of use, the service centre of Mumbai replaced the pressure washer. The overall experience was excellent .The pressures washer is of very good quality and pressure is very good

Plz do not buy this product. I am writing this review after 1 year use. Withing one year it stopped working. When I contacted customer support i came to know that it is only in Mumbai and they put burden of everything on customer means customer has to Courior it to their address on their own risk and money. They seems like CHALTA FIRTA support centre. WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS We provide 1 year Service Warranty for our Pressure Washer Range (A) The customer has to provide the Order number/ Invoice of the product so that we can check the date of purchase from respective portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or Starq. B) Once we check and confirm that the product is within the warranty period, we ask for photos and working video of the machine so we can identify the exact issue. C) If the problem is small and can be solved by changing the spare part(s) we courier the spare(s) to the customer if we identify that is a Manufacturing fault. If not a Manufacturing fault, then the charges of the parts have to be borne by the customer. D) If the problem is deemed big or which cant be solved at customer end then the customer needs to send the machine with accessories to our service center in Mumbai on Freight Paid Basis . Mumbai service center address will be provided to the customer. E) Within Warranty period the following is included free of cost: # Labour/ Service charges # Oil change and clean up # Reverse courier charges F) When we receive the machine, we send a confirmation receipt to the customer. We unpack the machine and share photos of exterior. If any damages noticed we share the same with the customer. The damages in transit are not our responsibility and customer need to bear the charges if they want to change those parts. They can bear or claim with the courier company about the charges. G) We then open the critical parts and check and share photos. If it is manufacturing fault then we change the parts/ repair and assemble and test on water and share a video. H) If not a manufacturing fault, then we share the cost estimate of repair and the Job sheet is shared with the customer. I) Once machine is repaired, we send the machine from our service center and share the tracking details and website to track the parcel. J) In reverse courier if any damages, we are not responsible for the same. Actually they are not responsible For anything. They do not share this terms and condition at the time of purchase. I and sending machine to them but don't know what will happen.
