It’s well-built and what you’d expect from Shimano. Used it this week to surf fish and also boat fishing. It held up well to fish large and small.

Smooth cast and retrieve
This reel has amazing motion - I use it mainly to fish for bonefish and snapper. It has a very smooth retrieve and I have caught many fish with it. It is easy to take apart and oil before storing it in between uses.
