no, this kind of gutta is just for silk.

Q: How big is the aperature of the applicator tip?

it says 012 on the tube. it's a pretty large opening. But you can put one of those metal tips on the end to make it a fine line. Dharma Trading company sells them in 09 and 05

Q: Does it wash out, but leave the black color? I don't want to feel the gutta after setting and washing...I used one that remained shiny and hard. Yuck!

I didn't wash out It remains firm but non sticky. What I didn't like is that the point of the tube is too thin and the gutta fails while you're using it. Besides the quantity is very small.
