I purchased this product years ago and it's worked great for me so when it was time to install another heated mat in another location I found my original order so I could buy it again. Great product and versatile in application.

very efficient, easy to use
Really easy to set up. Used under tile and under vinyl plank flooring. The thermostat works well. Floors feel good to walk on in winter. super warm.

Buy a size smaller!
Important to note, I didn't see it listed anywhere in the description, but you cannot re-terminate the heating coil wire, so if you buy it too large, you're kinda SOL. It says it in bold in the install instructions, but doesn't seem to be anywhere on the amazon page. Buy a size smaller. Otherwise good kit, test notes are great, very easy to read/comprehend, and install is super simple.

get an exact measurement of the room size and then deduct about 5% from the purchase size...
great product. very well boxed. lays down good and east to work with....also easy to change layout if needed.....very, very good price point....sizing needs to be more exact
