It is really confusing... They wrote 3 tabs in description but they are delivering 6 tabs .. price is also for 6 tabs.. unnecessary confusion is being created.. I had no option but to buy as this medicine was not available in local stores ... But to my relief 6 tablets had come... Amazon please rectify the description box or else you are gonna loose customers
