This is the best shower hose I have ever touched. ABSOLUTELY NO nasty smell like all the other hoses I have touched. And talk about flexible? It is as flexible as a wet noodle. I just got this and have not yet installed but took it out of the very protective packaging and NO SMELL and it could not be any more flexible. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! If you need a shower hose do not hesitate, BUY THESE! Far better than the Delta $100 hoses. I am impressed and grateful! UPDATE So putting this on my bracket the bracket decided to leak. So I went to buy a Polished brass bracket but they do not seem to sell one though you can buy a hose, bracket and handle in polished brass. So I sent them a couple of notes and here we are and no reply to that note asking how do I get a polished brass bracket. I sent a note to the owner no reply. All this while I get multiple emails wanting to sell me more things and messages too. I get an email asking if I liked the support answer I got when the website did not work with Firefox but CRICKETS on my bracket request. If this is customer support it is misnamed and should be CUSTOMER ABUSE. I said in my follow up note they at least have the courtesy to tell me to screw off, but, nothing. If a hose is all you want then they are great. But if you have a problem similar to mine then you are out of luck. I am so mad I am going to cut the damn hose into little pieces and throw it away video will be posted to Youtube on my pals channel. If you can find another company with metal hoses that are truly flexible spend your money with them. Because even if their customer support is bad it won't be as shoddy as the treatment I have received. UPDATED UPDATE So posting the first update suddenly I hear back. I am offered a refund on the hose. I refuse the refund. Was not my intention to get something free. I wanted a polished brass bracket and the only way to get that is to buy a handle, bracket and hose. But since I am in California they can not sell me those in polished brass. My point in all this has been if you don't want to find a way to sell me a polished brass bracket then tell me screw off or some such thing. It is insane to sell polished brass hoses separate and not have the brackets available as well. Me I am just screwed anyway because of where I live. I just wanted a bracket that did not leak was durable and matches the rest of the fixtures in that bathroom. It seems that is just to much to ask in this day and age. I am saddened to find that there is no way to meet my reasonable request. Especially since I could not even buy a complete setup in polished brass here anyway. Sadly Polished brass has become passe and so here I am with a great, wonderful, super flexible hose and a leaking POS plastic Delta bracket. MUST READ HAPPY ENDING FOR ALL UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE First I am leaving the above comments in place. BUT I heard from the owner of Hammerhead. He was not happy at the treatment I received. A good sign. He said they have decided to now offer the shower hose holders in the other finishes they sell hoses in. EXCELLENT. Now you can get the holder if you want or need it. I have received the shower arm holder in polished brass and it is very nice. highly recommended. I did install a small piece of foam strip in the back of the bracket to hold the hose/head exactly where and how I wanted it to angle sideways to. Took all of 30 seconds. I suggested they include that with the holder. They are going to discuss that internally. I love the hose. It is so flexible and NO SMELLS. I was mad at the service I initially received but all has been corrected and I feel every one makes mistakes. The mark of a good company is to admit those mistakes and correct them. In this case that has been done and I am not only satisfied but happy to again recommend the hoses and also the shower arm brackets. I am sure their handles are good to but I can not get one to my taste here in California as we have forward thinking laws about saving water. So, go ahead, and feel confident in purchasing products from Hammerhead.

My not that old, very expensive, popular brand name “plastic” handheld shower head, needed to be replaced. The chrome finish was pealing off, the plastic was chipping away, the various spray settings stopped functioning, a few spray nozzle tips got permanently clogged, etc... HammerHead’s handheld product caught my eye because it was made out of stainless steel, had a simple basic design, and seemed like a “too good to be true deal.” After watching the product video, I was not that impressed and actually even more skeptical. I was hoping that they would have done a direct side-by-side comparison and show off their products advantages over the competitions... 🤪 HOWEVER, I took a leap in faith and decided to purchase this and check it out, figuring that Amazon would let me return it if I wasn’t satisfied. When I finally got the item, I was very pleasantly surprised. The product actually was a quality item, and at a reasonable price too. 😁 I really like the steady firm “rain flow” stream you get, rather than being pelted by pulsating sprays that splash all over the place, because of their low gpm ratings. I totally agree with all the 5/5 reviews, and decided to upgraded my other shower items. In total, I purchased the following items and would rate them all a 5/5. - All Metal Hand Held Shower Head (2.5 gpm) - All Metal 8 Inch Rain Shower Head (2.5 gpm) - All Metal Shower Hose for Hand Held Shower Heads, Extra Long 72 Inch - 12 Inch Long Adjustable Shower Arm If anyone is skeptical like I was, just do what I did... Also, my apologies for the redundancies, but I will be posting this same review separately for each of the products purchased. I hope that HammerHead Showers does well, especially, since they are competing against those large popular brand name companies. 👍
