Large but does fit!
I rarely write reviews but I decided on this car seat because we loved our uppababy Mesa V2 so much. I have a relatively small car (Honda Fit) and many of the reviews on this car seat made me concerned it would not fit, with people saying they had issues in smaller cars. Sure it’s a big car seat, but most for babies and toddlers of this size are. It fit in my car just fine. I won’t comment on other functions of the seat since we have only used it a short time, but installation was easy and it fits just fine.

Huge!
This thing is huge but it feels safe and is easy to clean. Love it. Only downside is how tall it is so sometimes my kid smacks her head getting it lol

Best carseat ever
We've been very happy with this Uppababy carseat model. Use it almost daily and have flown with it as well (using the UPPAbaby luggage for it) and it's holding up good as new! Our 15 month old is comfortable and loves his car rides.

Best On The Market
As always, Uppababy’s products are top of the line. The car seat is easy to install and use, and feels solid, unlike cheaper brands. I am a research fiend when it comes to big buys for my kids and this one did not disappoint.

I was worried about the size, but it was perfect!
After reading the reviews, I was worried that this car seat might be too big for my vehicle, but our first infant car seat was UPPAbaby and I liked the fact the weight limit was up to 45 pounds rear-facing. So, I still wanted to give it a try and figured I’ll just return it if it doesn’t fit. When I pulled the car seat out of the box, my husband, and I both agreed that it looked enormous! BUT, I am happy to report that the car seat fit perfectly into my Honda HR-V! Currently, I have it reclined with the backrest all the way down and with that it is shorter than my normal car headrest. Currently my car headrests impede my rear view more than the car seat does, so I’m really not worried about that. My vehicle has plenty of room to allow the car seat to grow with my son!I took away one star because the car seat itself is quite heavy. I was able to get it into the car just fine, but carrying it to my car was incredibly difficult, so luckily my husband was able to help me with that.Installation was as easy as running the seatbelt through it and tightening. I really love the UPPAbaby tightening and leveling sensors, so you know when the car seat is installed properly. It’s super cute in blue and seems comfortable and stable!

Second one for second child
This was an easy to set up, clear instructions and great transitional car seat. We ended up buying a second one for our second child.

Great Quality, Regret not getting a swivel
(+) Reliable brand. Loved the UPPAbaby infant car seat so stuck with UPPAbaby when it was time to size up to a convertible car seat. Trust the brand and the safety.(+) Great quality. We have a less expensive Graco car seat for our secondary car and I can say that the UPPAbaby far exceeds in quality in terms of materials, ease of installation, and aesthetic.(-) I had zero complaints early on, but now that he's a full-blown toddler (i.e., heavier, bigger, longer legs, more active), I REALLY wish I had gone with a swivel seat instead. It's a very awkward maneuver to transfer toddler from my arms to car seat on a good day. On a bad day? UGH. Toddlers are awesome, but they're also pretty volatile, feral, hyper, and strong. On days that my tod is not fully cooperative (or on days that its raining), getting him into the car seat is very challenging and time consuming. I've seen other parents load kids into swivel car seats and it looks much easier.
