Psyllium seeds
The seeds do what they are supposed to do… act as soluble fiber

Does not soften well
I used it in smoothies and it was very seedy like. I thought it would be like chai seeds.. but it just did not soften up as well. I could probably use it in a stew or something like that. But other than that .. no.
