I really wanted to dislike these as spending £65 on something that I only needed for certain lifts seemed really excessive. However, they're an absolute game changer. Deadlifts, rack pulls, trap bar shrugs, it's amazing how much you can increase your weight and reps with these things if you don't have a strong grip or if like me you suffer with tendonitis in the wrists. I may only use them for a few moves (good for pull ups and chin ups as well) but they're well worth the outlay. The only reason for knocking them down a star was the straps started to fray on the edges so I had to return them, but hopefully the replacements will be better. Even the session I had without them while I was waiting for the new pair made me realise exactly how good these are as I struggled to lift the same weight with just gloves or chalk.

These a far more comfortable than Versa Grips. These are now essential on my pull days in the gym. Also handy when using dumbbells with rough metal hands, adds nice cushion for your palms. Must have for weight lifting.

El agarre que proporcionan es muy bueno tanto en ejersicios de empuje como de jalon, el unico problema es que la lengueta cuesta que tome una forma curva para que sea facil sujetar la barra pronto, y el otro problema es el precio la verdad es un precio muy elevado por esta presentacion y se ensucia muy muy rapido, lo volveria a comprar pero optaria por la version clasica de goma.

Love the grips , this is my second pair. The only thing I would like better is a little larger palm pad. I have large hands and my fingers sit right on the edges.
