Stopped working after 1 month of use. No Warranty or support from seller.

The media could not be loaded. This was my second device. First one was working good so we got another one but this one stopped working after 45 days.No Warranty or Support from seller. After contacting seller, he just asked me to contact company directly in China.

Always on light is an issue, otherwise it is good

It always has lights on. Which is irritating for users. There is no way to switch off the light also.Otherwise, it is good. Also it seems to be having issue of scanning from screens.I had to buy another hand held scanner (from HENEXitself) as this was unusable due to light issue.
