I've been using these for a while now and I love them. If I get too hot, they're perfect in cooling me down quickly. I use them mostly just to relax. My daughter likes using them when she has a headache. She puts one on her neck and says it is soothing. The ice packs are I side the materially so you are not exposed to the ice packs themselves making it a more comfortable wear. I have larger hands and they fit me with ease. A man could use these and be comfortable. I've also washed the glove part and the material did not wear or fade at all. I did air dry.

The Chemo I'm going thru (colon & liver) you get extremely cold sensitive, so I don't use the included ice packs. The mittens are Xlarge even after washing, which extend up my wrists and are the same soft material inside and out, Neuropathy tries to set in thru the cold, finger tips and toes first. Not with these wonderful mittens, if you keep them on the whole Chemo session. Love these ! Thank you Amazon.

Not great for my purposes. When my dyshidrotic eczema flares up, I need something ICY to calm it down. The fabric on these is too thick and insulating, so they don’t feel cold enough. The gloves also didn’t conform closely enough to my hands to do the trick.Nice quality, and probably great for other purposes.

I am severely disabled and am losing a lot of functions in my hands due to arthritis, muscle and nerve damage. Tried these and literally cried. My hands felt normal for the first time in years. I will never be able to stop recommending these

If you're looking for something that's actually going to help anything but your palm or the back of your hand, don't get this one. I should have gotten one of the ones with stuff in it so you can distribute it better. I'd like to have one just for my thumb and First Finger joints.
