Soft and very comfortable
I lost a lot of weight and suddenly had an issue sitting because of tailbone pain. This donut pillow is very soft and I like that it’s not flat on one side. I will say that one side feels like there is a ball inside right where your tailbone/butt will sit so I make sure that is always facing forward so I’m not sitting on it and that has been much more comfortable. I don’t think you can wash this which is a downside but it has helped me so much with something that is very painful so I don’t mind.Update still love this pillow but tip to others mine has what feels like a small ball of stuffing on the middle of one side right where my tail bone was hitting. Once i determined that and make sure to place that facing forward it’s even more comfortable.

Comfy tushy!
My mom needed for the nursing home. I purchased two and they have helped a great deal with her pressure points. Easy to clean. Works as expected. I would purchase again!

Rips easily
Was iniatally impressed with this pad, but soon discovered it ripped on the inside of the donut hole within 1 week of use.

Best pillow!!
I bought the small round one first and it didn’t help. I bought the square one with little hope. It is way bigger, fluffier, and doesn’t go flat at all.
