I highly recommend taking Vitamin D instead of a multivitamin most of the time. Life Balance brand D3 is a quality product that comes in an easy to dispense bottle. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a little vitality and a little mood boost.

D3 is an essential vitamin. However, the spout doesn't dispense easily, nor a consistent amount. I have since located a bottle with an eye dropper, and would encourage anyone to get on of those.

The product is great, but this delivery method is poor. You lose a lot of the oil because of the top dispenser style. The bottle with the dropper is a better choice.
