We use this on our short haired dog as it penetrates well and soaks the skin. It might not be as affective on our long haired dog but we have never tried it. The only draw back is our short haired dog has a greasy streak down the back for a couple of days but she is free of fleas.

No fleas or ticks on dogs since using! No negative side effects either. Super easy to apply!

I like this product, it works great for indoor pets that only go outside to use the bathroom.

Haven't found any ticks on my dog since I started using these, but the area I applied it to takes a long time to dry out.
