VTech Busy Learners Activity Cube WLM

I have ordered three of these toys over the last few years as gifts for children of friends. In each case, it was a resounding success! There are so many activities to keep the child occupied. The best part is that as the child, grows, the child discovers new things to do with the toy. It's genuinely a toy that grows with the child! The price is reasonable, and the product is well made!

It’s a good toy but over paid $20 every other store I’ve been in it was $19.99 ..

My daughter was given this item at Christmas when she was 3 months old. Now, she is almost 6 months old & has enjoyed playing with it everyday since she received it! "The cube is fun for everyone!"

The media could not be loaded. This activity cube is perfect for babies who have started to sit on their own. The relatively small size of this activity cube makes it easy for babies to play with it. The cube has 5 sides with interactive buttons, sliders, or spinners. The batteries go on the sixth side has a plain pattern on it with nothing to play on it. Even though my son can walk around now, but when he is sitting he spends enough of time with this toy that we are not thinking of selling it yet. However, when he could not crawl yet this was his favourite toy.1. One face has buttons with animals pictures on them. Pressing the button causes it to light up and play the sound of the animal. The cube also plays the sound of the animal and asks to press the button for that corresponding sound. This face also has the three state button. You can switch the cube off from this switch and there are two levels on volume controls on it as well.2. One face has a rotating slider in the shape of lady-bug that goes up and down.3. One face has two spinners (one with purple and other with red color)4. One face has the buttons in shape of musical instruments (cymbals, drums, and maracas) and moving the buttons would play the sound of that musical instrument. The cube also plays the sound of the instrument and asks to press the button for that corresponding sound. These buttons are relatively hard and they expect the baby to move some of the button sideways. I liked these button as they make the baby to put some effort and improve their hand movement skills.5. One face has spinners with A,B,C and D alphabets on them. The other side of spinners have pictures of objects starting with those alphabetsThings I liked about this activity cube:1. This cube is colorful and the sound effects are pleasant. It does keep the kid busy.2. The graphics and stickers on the buttons haven't faded away or peeled after using it for some time now.3. This activity is small enough that you would be able to take along in a car ride (but probably too big for a stroller)Things you should be aware of before buying this activity cube:1. This is relatively small cube. This is perfect for babies who cannot walk or crawl yet. If your baby has started crawling and walking she will still enjoy it but not that much. This is not a standing activity cube since this is too small for that purpose but also not that compact that it could be carried around everywhere.
