It is quite a thin book and not well edited. It repeats a lot of information. Yes, the information is useful but nothing ground breaking.It was neither well written for the general public or up to the standard of a medical book.

Very useful although some of it would be more beneficial to health professionals as opposed to sufferers. Useful and informative and well worth a read.

More a technical book than a self help for sufferers , still worth a read though
