Terrible! Waste of money
I use annatto powder a lot for soap making and when infused in oil it gives a nice orange color to cold processed soap. This powder did not give any color to my soap after infusion on oil. Also, it was floating on top of oil ( good quality annatto powder sinks and stays in bottom of oils). It's bad. Don't buy.

The packaging has clear instructions... so that's good. Overall colour payoff is good.. will update on how the colour holds once the dying process is done.
