Confused Author/Illustrator/Publisher/Proofreader

Purchased this book today for my 19month old granddaughter. I love the size, the thick pages, awesome color and illustrations.I dislike the fact that the book is teaching that a snail spider, and earthworm are bugs.Yes, I realize the author is using love bug as an expressions of endearment, but I don't want my grand daughter to see a spider or worm and think its a bug.They are not even insects. The book needs a redo!
