Q: what makes CC pen different from regular jotter?

Uh, ignore the All Brands Group answer. That's not true. The "originals" that they introduced are exactly like the new ones, way slimmer than the originals from the 80s. I have 12+ from the 80s and they're much thicker than these. So in answer to your question, no difference at all.

Q: Can this use gel refills?

Yes. I got refills that are compatible for this pen but not by Parker and they’re gel. I only use gel. PS: It writes really nice. I usually like a heavier pen. This one is really light.

Q: Where is this pen manufactured? Is it authentic Parker?

Thank you for your interest in our Parker Brand. Yes the pen is authentic, we just introduced the Originals series 2 months ago. The Jotters are made in our factory in France.
