The charger dock had some issue.However, the seller was very prompt in addressing the issue by promising a replacement with a new one even though the replacement window was closed.

Stopped working in 4 months!
There are 4 pins that connect to the watch. It's magnetic, the problem is that the pins are not sturdy enough. Due to the magnetic pull, the watch and the charger connect to each other with force & that ends up weakening the connector over a period of time. The original fitbit connector also hit the same issue, but after 2 yrs. This one broke in 4 months!

Works flawlessly
Charges my Sense smart watch without any issues, and the charging time is same as the original. The cable is more flexible than the original.

Fitbit sense original broke same way - One pin down out four.This was replacement - One pin down in 3 months.FitBit sense is a failed product when it comes to charger. And we have even poor chargers taking advantage of solving this FitBit issue. Keep replacing charger till your watch gets dead or get a new Garmin maybe.. my old garmin works and so does its charger.

Works great!
I went on a short trip & when my trip was extended I needed one right away. This did the trick. Works great!. Now I have an extra to kept in my bag, ready to go! I love that when it attaches it stays connected & charges quickly.

Great charger that works well 👍
My fitbit didn't come with a charger so I use this for all fitbit charging. It's really great so far and has been working without any hiccups. For the price and durability, Definitely recommend 👍

Fitbit Compatible Charger
I couldn't find my original charger and found this replacement on Amazon. It came right away and matched perfectly. Found other charger a day later but now I have backup.

Slow to charge
The charger isn’t secure to the back of the watch, making it slow to charge.
