Q: Are the collars in the 3pack individually wrapped? And how easy is it to put on compared to the adaptil brand?

Each collar comes individually wrapped and are easy to fit and trim to size. I do not know how they compare to the Adaptil brand, as I have no experience with that brand.

Q: What’s the difference between the green one and the purple one besides the cost?

Q: From the dimensions, this seems pretty small. How long is this collar and what size neck will it fit up to?

I put one each on a 72 lb. dog and a roughly 50 lb. dog. I could have cut off a bit on both, and they would still have been long enough.

Q: Will it fit a full grown labrador?

I'm not sure, but I'd say no. I only say that because my dog is much smaller than a lab and I didn't have to cut that much off. Plus I know you didn't ask, but it worked sort of initially, but as the month wore on, it was less and less effective.
