Princeton Velvetouch Round Brush, Synthetic, Short Handle, Size 4, 1 Count

The Princeton Velvet Touch series of brushes are some of my favorites for watercolor. They are high quality brushes that hold their shape and have nice water retention. They are comfortable to hold and have a velvety texture. Great value for the money.

Princeton brushes are very good brushes. They hold loads of water, have a sharp point, good snap and good price. Currently I am using their Velvetouch for watercolor. The only negative is that sometimes I get one that the bristles have been splayed. I just send those back because no amount of hot water or brush rescue will make them sharp.

Nice quality brush. One of my go to brushes. Holds an average amount of water. Sharp point. Comfortable to hold.

Good size for putting details in your paints. Comfortable to hold. I have just taken up watercolor painting. I am not a natural at it, but I wanted to try something new. I was looking for supplies that are good quality, but moderately priced. This fits the bill well. It is well made, but not too expensive. Holds water well and maintains it shape well.

Great brushes

The brush on the Velvet Touch is fantastic, but what I love the most is the handle. Whatever finish Princeton put on these brushes is out of this world. My hands are in love. I love the Heritage line too, but there is such a sweetness to the touch of these brushes that I’ll likely buy the whole line. Thanks Princeton, for a superior and affordable brush. I’m using them for watercolor even though they’re mixed media and they work just fine.

Calidad estupenda

Pincel ótimo, carrega bastante água, desliza bem, ótima qualidade.

Me gustó mucho este pincel, es perfecto para la acuarela. Muy recomdable por su punta redonda.

Llevo 6 meses en el mundo de la acuarela , me compre varios libros en los que los recomiendan grandes profesionales , mi profesor no dudo en recomendarme los si un pincel bueno quería , existen muchos mejores , pero para mi estos dentro de los que probé como Raphael y Escoda que tampoco los cambio les doy un 10 , hablo de pinceles (sintéticos ) .
