Happy with the product. Customer service was very good. They solved my issues within days and I am using my product on bi- weekly basis. No issues found. Anyone looking for cold pressed juicer, I recommend to buy Hamilton.

I purchased the Hamilton Beach Professional Cold Press Slow Juicer on March 19, 2025, through Amazon, expecting a premium product backed by a reputed brand. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst purchases I've ever made. By April 10th, less than a month into usage, the product stopped working. I promptly contacted Hamilton Beach customer service, and was asked to pack the unit myself so they could arrange for a courier pickup. This in itself was inconvenient, especially given the size and fragility of the item. What followed was an excruciating 20–25 days of wait just to receive the repaired unit. I assumed the issue was resolved. Sadly, barely 20 days later, the juicer broke down again. 😞 Poor Customer Service & Product Reliability: Each time the product fails, the same time-consuming process is repeated: Pack the product again Wait for pickup Wait another 3 weeks for repair This is frustrating, especially when we purchase a premium product assuming reliability and post-sale support. What’s worse is that there’s no nearby service center, and all repairs depend on logistics coordination from the customer side. It’s simply not practical to keep repeating this every few weeks. 💸 Not Worth the Price: At this price point, I expected a durable product and hassle-free support. Hamilton Beach has failed on both counts. I now believe that opting for a local brand would have been a smarter choice – as they often have better doorstep service or nearby service centers. 🚫 My Recommendation: I strongly urge others to avoid this product. It's not worth the time, money, or energy. Great product. Built sturdy and easy to operate. Quiet and does the cold press juicing effortlessly. Been using every day since I bought. No regret on the price I bought.

Ease of use

This product is not that great as described. The Fruits doesn’t grind properly. I would say may be 65 to 70%. Wastage is more. I have used kuvings and compared to that this is ok and not great. Quality and the outlook of the product is not bad. While fixing and mostly when removing the auger you might hurt your fingers. Overall an Average buy .

It’s been 6 months I purchase this product. Perfectly does the job. Must to have appliance for pure and healthy juice.

This was supposed to be 220. It is only 110. Because of the holidays we opened it after 3 weeks and now we are stuck with a juicer that we and no one in this are of the world can use.

I’ve been using the Hamilton Beach Juicer Machine for our plant-based lifestyle, and it has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. The large 3” feed chute makes it so easy to juice whole fruits and vegetables without a lot of prep work. It powers through everything quickly with the strong 800W motor, and the juice comes out fresh and smooth, perfect for adding into our plant-based smoothies. Cleanup is simple compared to other juicers I’ve tried, which makes me want to use it every day. The parts rinse off easily, and it doesn’t feel like a hassle after making a batch of juice. I also love that it’s BPA-free, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s been a great investment for our daily smoothies and plant-based meals—reliable, powerful, and easy to use. Highly recommend!

I had this juicer for more than 3 years. Guess what! I used it countless times to squeeze Apple juice from Apple bulks that I usually buy from a local farm. To say that I squeezed 500-600 pounds of apples is understatement. I squeezed Empire, Gala, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Macintosh, Honey Crisp…etc. Hundreds and hundreds of pounds, so I can claim I have enough experience with it. Here is what you need to know: 1- Does it work? Yes it does. It served us well over 3 years, and still working. The motor is powerful. I usually do 80-100 pounds of Apple at once, and this produces at least 8-12 litres of Apple juice, depending on the apple type; Empire and Honey Crisp tends to produce more juice than the other types. 2- Is it noisy? It definitely is super noisy. If noise is a concern, you should look elsewhere. 3- Will it work for small patches? Of course it does, you will get a 500-600 ML of juice after squeezing 4-5 apples, again this depends on the type and size of your apples. 4- How easy is it to clean? It is relatively easy. You undo two handles, remove the top 3 pieces, and done. Wash them and you are back to business. 5- How pure is the juice vs. The foam or pomace? Here is the key thing! While this machine is super powerful and it produces good yield of apple juice, I found out that after 15-18 apples, I must disassemble it and clean it; mainly the shredder or shredding piece, it has very very tiny holes, so using force water and brush, I need to clean it every 15-18 apples or so, this greatly minimizes the foam/pomace and increases the pure juice. This is the critical aspect of this machine. If the company could do a better design, it means more juice, and less cleaning. Does it bother me or slow me down? Not at all, for $89,99, this is fantastic machine, compared to nearly $499 ones. 6- How flimsy is it? Well, the motor seems solid, but the handles that attach the top lid to the base are fragile. I handle them with care. They have not broken yet, but I expect them to break any moment now. Yet, for $89.99 it is reasonable. 7- Does it have a jug for the produced juice? No. This is another thing that bothers me. You have to place a cup, then keep emptying that cup into a container or so. I see this machine super powerful for small cups. I mean, it’s designed to produce lots and lots of juice, so you would expect it to come with a 1 or 1.5 litre jug, but it does not. For people who squeezes 3-4 apples for one time cup, it is not an issue. But if you intend to produce litres of apple juice, for baking, cooking or partying, then, the machine needs a larger jug. Hope this review helps. Will I buy it again after this one breaks? Definitely yes!
