Judee's Powdered Cream Cheese - 11.25 oz - Delicious and 100% Gluten-Free and Keto-Friendly - Great for Dips, Spreads and Baking - Made from Real Cream Cheese

Not that I make cupcakes or muffins every day, but the fact that I can have 8 minute cupcakes/muffins is an amazing thing to me! I use silicone muffin cups that make it an almost no clean up deal, too. So of course, once those cupcakes are made, I will need some icing of course...what's a cupcake without icing, I ask you? Having this powdered cream cheese and a bag of confectioner's sugar - I will often use a bit of powdered butter, the cream cheese powder with the confectioner's sugar and very slowly add a little cold water at a time, mixing the water in really well so that I don't mistakenly make it too thin to put on the cupcakes. Depending on the cupcakes, I may add a drop or two of flavoring - especially if I make plain yellow/white cupcakes, like peach or cherry. If I make chocolate, I have used a couple of drops of caramel flavoring - yum! That's why I love having this powdered cream cheese on hand (along with the confectioner's sugar) for fast and easy and very tasty icing when I have a hunger for some cupcakes! I haven't made this cream cheese up for bagels as I haven't made bagels in a while - they require some time and a routine (making the yeast dough, letting it rise, then shaping the bagels, then dropping them into boiling water, loading them on a baking sheet after the boil for their baking...so yeah, they are like making tamales - several steps to get to the final product, but of course, worth it if you prepare for the time requirement! But I imagine this cream cheese would be wonderful spread on home made bagels, but for me, the 8 minute cupcakes are my primary way to use it and I love the icing it makes!

Judee's cream cheese powder is the ideal baking or cooking ingredient when buying the fresh stuff would eventually create waste just because you can't use it up in time. The quality and flavor is decent (it's neither grass-fed dairy, nor cream cheese made by an European grandma). It adds moistness and a creamy milky flavor. It's an easy substitute, just account the extra water based on packaging instructions. For me it's not a product to use if you want to reconstruct cream cheese for a bagel, it doesn't mix easily with just water and the consistency is hard to nail down. But mixed with yogurt and vanilla... yum... almost like a raw cheesecake. I never used it as frosting, but I would assume it would work fine. If I'm complaining about something with the Judee's products, is that I hate the bags. The ziplock breaks from the first uses. But transferred in a air-tight container it doesn't clump for months.

Was too salty for my taste. Could not add enough sugar to get it to taste right. Still great for most recipes, just not something i can spread onto a bagel. The only Judee's product that did not get the full five stars from me.

Very good tasting powdered cream cheese

This product was wonderful and I will order again. However, I will order it from their website since Amazon takes several days to deliver. Even though it was scheduled for overnight. This is like the second time Amazon has done this and this was needed sooner than received.

Ok in a jam. Not the best flavor.

So far so good. I’m a home baker and this cheese honestly tastes better than any homemade cream cheese I’ve made. I did however made the frosting with oat milk to give it a smoother finish and to not dilute the recipe with water it works perfectly if you’re a home baker trying to adhere to cottage laws.

Delivery was fast and the product is of good quality.
