I have used these on the daily, and they work well.

I’m giving the Holy Basil capsules three stars mainly due to packaging—three of the capsules arrived broken, with powder spilled inside the bottle. Aside from that, the capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste, which I really appreciate. I haven’t noticed any effects yet, but that doesn’t mean it’s not working. I’ll continue taking it and see how it goes.
