Cannot sleep without it !! Neck finally feels great

I waited weeks for this to come in because my last pillow got destroyed by a dog teething... love that pup... But you guys... what the hell is this... Firm? This thing is softer than a marshmallow. I waited weeks for this because I heard the company is good. Get the hell out of here. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but for someone who has to sleep on a cylinder pillow because her neck is straighter than her sexuality, this is far from what it's supposed to be. I want to be sleeping on a rock guys, not a cloud. I fall through this thing like water, it absorbs me faster than my pale arse absorbs sunlight. Do not waste your time.

I purchased the firm pillow and was a little skeptical at first that it would actually expand. I did read in another review that it took time so I waited 24 hours and it remained the same, squashed size - the two photos show what it looked like right when I took it out of the box and unrolled it. When it didn't show any signs of expanding after 36 hours, I hopped on to Amazon to start the return process and then suddenly, BOOP! it was fully inflated! I don't use it for neck support but, as I am a stomach sleeper, I hug it at night to keep my arm and shoulder from curling inward and it works just as I need it to. I really like the soft, cooling fabric and the firmness of it is just right.

To me personally, this is just another neck roll pillow. The memory foam and the cooling effect is nice but it did nothing for my neck and shoulder pain. The quality is nice and it’s a good size for what it is but didn’t offer what it states to offer for me unfortunately. My husband ended up with this as just a pillow to prop his head up to scroll his phone

Overall great product. I really like this product and provide the perfect support for ME. Couple tips. The packaging is compressed very tightly, so it'll take a few hours to take shape. I suggest remove the cover (toss in wash), while waiting, place the compressed foam near somewhere warm. frequently massage it as the foam is "sticky" and the air pockets may have stuck. Fully massage it, especially along the creased areas. In a few minutes, it will expand little by little. Keep doing it until its a good cylinder shape. Also give time to air, as the foam does initially have a strong chemically smell (it will go away in a few hours). Then put cover back on. Enjoy this awesome pillow.
