I installed the rollers and the scanner would not pick up paper. I tried cleaning the rollers with the included wipes, still wouldn’t pickup paper. I tried reinstalling the rollers, still no good. I put the original worn rollers back and it worked Flawlessly. Bottom line stick with OEM rollers it’ll save you a lot of aggravation

After just two months of use, the pick rollers contact surface has delaminated like tread coming off a tire. The rollers received do not match the ones pictured. These appear to be low quality knock-offs. Look elsewhere.
