So far so good. Im taking these pills to aid in hair growth. After I had my baby 6 months ago, my hair started to shed terribly, so I ordered these. I believe my nails are stronger and my hair is falling less since taking these.

I have severe arthritis in my neck, and my range of motion had been very limited for a long time. I also have Degenarative Disc Disease, so I have very little cartilage between my vertebrae. My neck pops with every breath I take. These have helped tremendously by giving me the ability to turn my head while driving and I no longer wake up with a stiff neck. I sleep so much better. It is pure MSM and I can definitely tell the difference between this and other brands. It comes at a great price for the amount you receive. I have more energy. I've also noticed (and other people have commented) that my skin looks more plump and youthful. My nails and hair are growing stronger, faster. I was told about the benefits of MSM from a friend, and she says taking Vitamin C with this increases the benefits. She did mention not to pick the one with glucosamine, as it is more beneficial to use MSM with the Vitamin C. I've not caught a cold or any illness since starting this regimen. I take 4 capsules a day. I highly recommend this product.

Okay for some but NOT for Everyone...Took for 1 week and experienced some welcomed pain relief by days 2 & 3. However, day 3 was the beginning of multiple undesired side effects including most notably headaches & fatigue. Stopped taking after day 7 and for me it took about 3 days for the side effects to subside noticeably. Just another item to discard as I've gone beyond detoxification periods with multiple supplements before to no avail and it's simply not worth the lengthy misery one may endure to only discover symptoms not only do not improve but often even grow worse. I don't blame the brand of product but do reason that many if not most supplement products themselves seem to work for a niche of people while the rest (and there are many) are often discounted as a few misfits...Again, there are truthfully many.
