Stays on my feet
This is my 3rd pair of slippers in the last year, trying to find ones I like. These are it! I'm close to a month in, and wear them daily. They don't stretch out too much so they stay on my feet. It drives me nuts on stairs when my slippers want to fall off. They're comfy too, with a solid bottom that is fine for stepping outside. They have formed to my feet nicely. I can wear them with or without socks, and they fit fine either way. The first couple of pairs of slippers I didn't like were around the 20.00 price point, didn't fit right, and wouldn't stay on. These were more expensive, but well worth it. I already wasted 40 bucks on lame slippers, I wish I'd just bought these in the first place. They seem durable too so far. Size 14m.

Not bad
I bought these because I needed a slipper that actually fit me without rubbing up against the back of my feet. These seems like the way to go.Pros1. Very comfortable. The fluff on the inside feels good in both socks or bare feet. They're easy to wear for long periods of time.2. They're very warm. Great for cold days, winter time, etc. Probably not so great for summer, but with bare feet it doesn't get too bad.3. The slippers look nice. The brown and fluff inside give it a "worn in" look despite being brand new.4. Rubber soles on the bottom extend up fairly far on the sides. These can be worn outside. Obviously, I wouldn't go jogging in them, but going to fetch the paper (do people still do that?) or going into the yard with the dogs should be no problem with these.5. I did something stupid and ordered a size under what I should've ordered. They're a bit tight on me, but the materials do stretch out a bit.Cons1. Really nothing so far. They are a bit tight, even for mediums, so I listed these as "somewhat small". Don't be dumb like me and order your exact size if you can.2. These do get really warm. Summertime use with socks is going to toast your feet.3. Other than those two things, there's nothing wrong with these. They're a bit expensive, but the materials are much nicer than dollar store slippers. Some other reviewers have complained about durability issues. I haven't had them yet, so it's probably a hit-or-miss type of thing. These things have decent reviews so I'm guessing that the ones with problems are in the minority. That doesn't invalidate their opinion by any stretch, but I'm relatively certain these will do fine. At least for a while. I would recommend them as long as you order your actual size because even your actual size should be a bit snug.

Comfortable but low quality
The slippers are extremely comfortable and keep my feet warm. My reason for the low rating is based on the quality. I have had them for a little over a month and the stitching on the side is already pulled through. The sole is separating from the side of the slipper. I'm going to contact Amazon about replacements, we'll see how it goes.

Not that great unfortunately
A lot of some of the customer concerns are warranted. I'll point some of them out.Positives1) They don't look that bad2) the inside lining has a nice feel3) cheapNegatives1) You cant wear this bare foot because the genius product designer decided to place the tag poking inside at your feet.2) They dont feel like slippers, they feel like shoes. Which is fine if you expect to go outside a lot, but I don't, so they are no different than shoes with a fury inside.3) The inside lining is already coming off. Have had it for 3 days so far.4) There isnt much cushion on the bottom of these shoes. My girlfriend has these cheap pair of UniQlo ones that i keep stealing to wear. Im super jealous. Wouldn't buy another one of these.

Lesson learned: Spend the extra to get quality AND comfort
I decided to try these slippers as a cheaper replacement for the Sorel Falcon Ridge which are overpriced but I wish I spent the extra $$. First, these are so narrow, my feet go cold and numb wearing them. From past experience, slippers like these will loosen up a bit with use and I'm still waiting for these to do that. Perhaps a size up would help but the design with the low heel would create a back and forth slide with each step. The arch support is non-existent and foot bed is sewn-in so I can't replace it with a better insert. The rim around the opening is stiff and hard and rubs my achilles and top of my foot to the point of hurting. Overall, these seem well put together but the fit and comfort is not what I was hoping for. Lesson learned - back to the Sorels.

Bought a size larger and still too small, by a Lot !
Please pay attention to the reviews about the product being too small. I normally wear a size 12 . Barely. Just slightly larger than 11 1/2. Reading the previous reviews I decided I would take heed and purchased a full size larger. A size 13. Size 13 was too short. I was barely able to get my foot into them with my toes pushing firmly at the front of the slippers. The slipper still had the size 13 stickers attached. No way were these slippers going to break in enough to allow for a good fit. They really do need to look into some quality control for sizing. The slippers themselves appeared well made otherwise. I was pleased with the look of them but being over a size too small is simply unacceptable. My advice is to purchase a size larger at minimum. Consider two sizes larger.

Cushy, supportive and a little tight for usual size.
Very comfortable slipper. One of the best out there.. has superior grip and traction which makes it useful if you are transitioning from carpet to tile, up and down the stairs, or from outside to inside. These slippers are well made that they have the arch support that people with high arches (like me) need. The rootbeer brown is classy enough to wear with guests around and doesn't fade. The only minor complaint is that the shoe does come a little tight -- afterall I'm usually a size 10 but am not wearing socks-- and these are very tight, at first. Give them a couple of days and then they will fit snug. Unfortunately they do not come in 1/2 sizes or I'd go 10.5. All that to say, for the price and quality they are a good buy.

10/10 would slipper again, fit standard shoe sizes
The slippers are well made, and they arrived without a hitch. I'm very impressed with Tarmac as a brand. I got these slippers for my partner as a Christmas present so that he has (mostly) indoor slippers that will serve him well in Canadian cottage country. The materials will certainly hold up, given what they're made of.I had, however, read that these puppies fit rather small on several reviews, so I bought a size up. Lo and behold, I had to return the size up and go with my partner's regular shoe size. They fit like any standard size shoe, so keep it in mind when ordering.

Buy one size larger.
These a very comfortable and I love the look but they are somewhat too small. Usually for me size 10 is somewhat large and since I like my slippers a little loose I purchased size 10. I'd advise buyers to buy up one size. I believe the snugness is because there is a fair amount of fur inside which makes them warm and comfortable but unfortunately tight also.

Very high quality, warm, good soles and well made. Need de-fuzzing first 2 weeks.
These are fairly high quality. Warm, but some breathability. Good sole and traction on multiple surfaces, but not 'catchy'. The fuzz on the inside stuck to my feet a little for the first two weeks. I thought they were going to completely 'shed' and need to be returned, but after the first few wearings, it didn't do that again. I think if I bought them again, I would use a little tape ball and de-fluff them by pulling out the loose fuzz. So, docked them a star. They are easily as nice as slippers 2x the price.

Best slippers I ever owned.
What a bargain! They definitely look and feel like $60 slippers so if you can grab them for $20 like I did they are a bargain! Liked them so much I bough another pair for my son. And like the other reviews mention, go a size larger that usual. I wear an 8.5-9.0 sneaker and a 10 fit me perfectly.

Great, but small. Order one size bigger
Excellent quality, best slippers ive ever had. They are very narrow though and fit very small, had to return them to buy one size bigger. One size bigger helped the width but are a bit too long, nothing to make me reduce my rating though.
