It is really good product, better to buy from amazon rather than buying from IFB service engineers.They will say online "it is duplicateThere will be leakage issues in it."No need to worry about itProduct is really good.Also no technician needed to fitKit has all the tools to fit it.Pros:It is really good Sediment and Mud filter.Easy to installValue for money.Cons:Not sure how much it reduces the hardness of the water.

Maintenance Cost High
It works good for wasing machine. Removes all sand dust 100%. But catridge needs to be changed in quick time span because of the size 5inch. Also cartrides are not available in local market. It only available in amazon & cost is arround 100/pcs

It does absolutely nothing
The media could not be loaded. The filter may stop some sand particles and other big impurities from getting into the washing machine but it does absolutely nothing to lower the TDS or hardness of the water. In other words, it doesn't soften the water at all and its a total waste of money.
