I am 83 years old and have had back problems since my 20's. I have tried everything to relieve the pain to no avail.Finally I found this and I find it helps tremendously. I have been dealing with Piriformis Syndrome for several years. The only help my orthopedic doctor provided was a series of exercises which just seemed to make matters worse. Nsaids seemed to have no effect. I came across this drug in an article and thought I would give it a try. It actually worked on my Piriformis pain. But, it is not a cure and only gives temporary relief. But, I can sleep through the night now. I find it has no taste and dissolves in my mouth in a minute or two.

If you are lactose intolerant, do not buy this.
