I have serious peripheral neuropathy from chemo and am now very cold sensitive. These provide gentle warmth and a bit of compression to comfortably heat up my hands when they get cold. You can't do anything else unless they are used one at a time. But I heat both, slip in my hands, and just enjoy the heat and relief from pain. I'm sure I will use them a lot this winter!
